Flexible working

We offer a range of flexible working options including part-time, remote work, compressed hours and more.

All staff receive 23 days holiday per year (increasing by 1 each year to a maximum of 27), plus UK bank holidays and their birthday.

We value staff wellbeing, so offer two bookable volunteering days and ad-hoc wellness days per year.
